When did Jonathan Demme turn into Noah Baumbach?

Hmmm. I didn't get the memo.

In a different category -- the I'm-in-the-mood-for-a-movie-and-it's-summer-and-this-looks-decent category -- is this, which I alone among the people at the critics' screening enjoyed, and also The Wackness and Baghead. Hey, pretty good beats awful any day.

Sometimes she's hard not to like.

And lest Cindy feel left out, The Huffington Post ordered a hit on her, too.

My Muxtape in progress

Thanks to a recent reminder from Kate, I finally got to work on a Muxtape of my very own. Sadly, not a lot of my music is in MP3 form, but thanks to a recent visit to the Daytrotter site, I have a wider selection to choose from. Et voilĂ !
